East Vancouver Modern Garage

East Vancouver Modern Garage

Our client came to us looking to replace their 1930’s Rat INFESTED East Vancouver Garage with a new, Modern Garage. But more than just a  garage, a new flex-space with room to store all their gear, bikes, lawnmowers you name it.

Though a strange quirk in the universe at the same time we were building this building we are asked to demolish an old garage in Kerrisdale which had the identical 1930’s era fir siding that matches our client’s main house.

The result was a historically accurate mix of reclaimed fir siding with a very modern twist.

Ultimately it was the creation of a focal point in the backyard that was both functional and beautiful that really makes this project stand apart from the rest.
