Our clients purchased their new Modern style house only to realize one of the main downsides of Modern Design… the lack of storage.
Turning to the yard to recover that storage space there was nowhere feasible to build in the front yard and with a 45° drop off to the backyard those two areas were out of the question. The only other viable option a thin postage stamp strip of land between the neighbouring yard and the house.
Westcoast Outbuildings designed, fabricated and installed this 7’x16’ Contemporary Prefab Storage shed to add 112 Sq/Ft of storage space.
