Our West Vancouver client wanted something they couldn’t get from any other supplier in Vancouver. They wanted a modern shed made with their own doors custom doors that were left over from the renovation of their house.
Westcoast Outbuildings designed and built the building around the doors.

Our aesthetically discerning client was looking to re-locate his office from a paid office space to his backyard. Looking for something a clean modern design he choose a 9×12 Lifestyle Office with Open-Joint Hardie Siding with sleek Easytrim Anodized Aluminum reveals.
Here is one of our newest designs heading to the Comox Valley in September (pending permit). It’s our 10’x16′ Contemporary Building with a 4′ Covered Porch.
This design has our new wrap around clerestory windows.
Comox Valley Modular Office
Everyone of our buildings are made to our clients exact specifications. Choose your colours, door and window configurations, siding types, you name it you can customize it.
This building will be built in our North Vancouver Factory and transported fully built via BC Ferries to the final destination in the Comox Valley.

Some of you may have been following the recent sale we had for our Tradeshow Demo Unit.
Due to some changes in our business model we decided it was time to part ways with this beauty and pass her down to someone who could get more use out of it than we currently were.
[Not a valid template]Once the high bidder was selected it was time to start figuring out how to get this building to it’s new home on the Southern Shores of Saturna Island.
I guess it’s a good problem to have but I have neglected to keep you all in the loop with what we’ve been doing lately.
I started going through all the projects we completed in 2013 and realized that I didn’t post any pictures (or very few) for the majority of them. Too busy building and not enough time promoting.
We are very close to releasing photo galleries for all 33 Project Buildings in 2013 but here is a sneak-peak of one of my favourites of the year.
Completed in the Spring for a very well know Restaurateur in West #Vancouver this build was a 12′ x 12′ Modern-Shed #PreFab #Workout Room complete with wrap around Trex Deck. Plus who can forget the outdoor shower!
