Need Storage in a Challenging Location = No Problem
Westcoast Outbuildings was retained to design, engineer and construct a 5’ x 7’ (35 Sq/Ft) rooftop storage shed on the 43rd-floor penthouse patio of a downtown high-rise building.
This job proved to be very challenging due to a location 500+ feet above ground, no elevator access to the top floor and environmental concerns such as extreme wind loads.
Additionally, the shed had to be built in one location and moved into place once built as its final resting place was very confined.
