This is a VERY UNIQUE structure. We originally built it for for tradeshows. You can jack the building up by hand and remove the wheel dolly and the lower the entire building to the ground. Or use it on the trailer as a Tiny House with NO PERMIT required.
Westcoast Outbuildings can easily modify this building to add 32 sq/ft of additional living space suitable for a washroom or private bedroom.
