North Vancouver Storage Lockers
Our client was a commercial landlord with a stinky problem. With the District of North Vancouver‘s recent change to picking up garbage every two weeks he could foresee and ever growing problem; overturned garbage cans with a bunch of very happy neighbourhood raccoons.
All joking aside, statistically speaking it would be highly likely that from time to time his tenants would forget to put out the garbage. With the bi-weekly collection the chance of animals getting into it would skyrocket.
The solution was to have Westcoast Outbuildings design, fabricate and install two new storage buildings with a total of four storage rooms to accommodate the four-plex’s garbage storage needs.
Each building was custom built to integrate into the existing construction seamlessly.
